What is your return and exchange policy?
At Tall Steeds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you can return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. Please see our full return and exchange policy here
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking information. You can use this to track the status of your order on the shipping carrier's website. If you have any issues or concerns, feel free to contact our customer support team via email customercare@tallsteeds.in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through our payment partner Razorpay. We accept all major payment methods including Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI and CoD. Our CoD orders are fulfilled by our shipping partner Shiprocket. All transactions are secure and processed in accordance with RBI guidelines.
How do I know what size to choose?
